To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Please note that cash on delivery payments will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
Exchanges
Currently, Trevor Moves does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
